Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead two or more crews in Shreveport, LA. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment runs safely, and drive efficiency at the work site.

You will supervise safety, manage paperwork, and train technicians while maintaining strong customer relations. This role requires strong communication, the ability to work in extreme conditions, and a current HPC-Industrial driver

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Ability to work under extreme climate conditions and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations and paperwork.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate effectively.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
