Northampton International Academy, part of EMAT, is opening an ARP for up to 30 students with EBSA, anxiety, or ASD diagnoses, requiring an experienced Inclusion Support Practitioner (Therapeutic) to support social, academic and clinical needs.
Opened Sept 2026, you will work with pupils in classrooms and therapeutic sessions, liaising with parents and external practitioners to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing.

We areopening a new ARP for up to 30 students with Emotionally Based SchoolAvoidance, a diagnosis of Anxiety and/or an ASC diagnosis who are currentlyengaging with external practitioners (eg – CAMHS) or are open to receivingclinical support. The young person’s profile will be one of social andemotional vulnerability who is finding it difficult to attend school. The ARPis due to open to its first students in a phased entry in September 2026. Thisis an excellent opportunity for an experienced and committed Inclusion Support Practitioner (Therapeutic) to join us in the role of supporting thesocial, academic, and clinical needs of the young people who will join the ARP.
