Job summary

Northampton International Academy, part of EMAT, is opening an ARP for up to 30 students with EBSA, anxiety, or ASD diagnoses, requiring an experienced Inclusion Support Practitioner (Therapeutic) to support social, academic and clinical needs.

Opened Sept 2026, you will work with pupils in classrooms and therapeutic sessions, liaising with parents and external practitioners to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Provide direct support to pupils with emotional and social needs.
• Work with designated pupils in classroom and therapeutic sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, carers and external practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to statutory duties for pupils with EBSA, anxiety, or ASD by providing direct support.
• Support teaching staff and external clinicians in therapeutic sessions.
• Help eradiate barriers to accessing education and support students’ wellbeing.
