Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in workplace inclusion, access and fairness, organizational impact, or a related function.
• Proven experience developing and implementing inclusion and impact plans.

Responsabilités

• Inclusion Consulting & Program Management: develop and execute tailored inclusion plans aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Inclusion & Impact Data, Analytics & Reporting: develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure metrics and KPIs across the enterprise.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate enterprise inclusion programs using project management best practices.
• May include other responsibilities as assigned
