Job summary

EY seeks a Lead Incident Response Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination for operational, cybersecurity, infrastructure, connectivity, monitoring, and service-impacting incidents. You will lead incident command, coordinate cross-functional response, manage communications and escalations, track recovery actions, and help ensure timely restoration while maintaining stakeholder awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of incident management or cross-functional coordination roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Incident Command and Coordination: lead cross-functional incident response efforts.
• Escalation Management: evaluate severity and engage necessary experts.
• Communications Management: craft clear incident communications for stakeholders.
• Resolution Tracking and Recovery Management: track actions and verify restoration.
• Cross-Team Operational Leadership: coordinate across monitoring, network, security, and infrastructure.
• Post-Incident Review and Continuous Improvement: coordinate lessons learned and drive improvements.
