Qualifications

Care to Stay Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregiver (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Northern Idaho. Typical duties will consist of training, caregiver/client introductions, assisting care management with assessments and care plan reviews, and may assist in networking/marketing events.

Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week. Typical schedule will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, five days a week, (occasional weekends may be required.) This position will be based in our Post Falls office.

Specific Duties:

Cover fill-in shifts during the week when caregivers are unavailable

Assist with training new caregivers

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding

Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Maintain a clean and organized client environment

Conduct client/caregiver introductions

Assist care management with client and caregiver assessments

Build relationships by visiting referral partners

Requirements:

CNA certification or higher with a minimum of 2 years of care experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
