Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC seeks an experienced Implementation Scientist to translate evidence-based psychological health research into sustainable clinical and operational practices across the Military Health System.

You will lead implementation strategies, work with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, and promote integration of evidence-based practices to improve psychological health outcomes and readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Science, Epidemiology, or closely related field.
• Experience translating research findings into operational or clinical practice.
• Experience evaluating implementation effectiveness with qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in implementation science supporting the DHA PHCoE.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies to facilitate adoption of evidence-based programs.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate organizational readiness, barriers, and facilitators for program success.
• Design and support implementation frameworks, change management, and process improvements.
• Analyze outcomes and recommend improvements to increase adoption and sustainability.
• Develop implementation plans for new behavioral health policies, programs, and guidance.
• Conduct literature reviews and evaluate emerging methodologies relevant to military psychological health.
• Develop technical reports, briefs, and executive presentations for Government leadership.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate findings into practical applications for clinicians and leaders.
• Support evaluation of resilience, suicide prevention, TBI, PTSD, and other priorities.
• Participate in working groups, advisory panels, and strategic planning meetings.
