Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking an experienced Research Psychologist to support the Defense Health Agency’s PHCoE. This role provides scientific leadership in health services research, population health, and program evaluation to enhance psychological health services across the Military Health System.

The successful candidate will study healthcare utilization, access to care, treatment effectiveness, and patient outcomes, informing policy and improving care delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a closely related discipline.
• Experience in health services or behavioral health research.
• Experience evaluating healthcare delivery and outcomes.
• Ability to prepare scientific manuscripts and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, and government stakeholders.
• Eligibility for U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health services and population health research for DHA PHCoE.
• Design and evaluate behavioral health studies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Analyze healthcare utilization, outcomes, and trends in military populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Publish scientific reports, briefs, and executive summaries.
• Support survey development and data collection for research programs.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for policy and practice.
• Ensure research activities meet ethical and methodological standards.
