ICF, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Psychologist SME to promote evidence-based mental health practices across the DoW Military Health System.

Telework is primary, with potential on-site in Silver Spring, MD or Falls Church, VA; candidate must reside in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years post-doctoral experience, APA/CPA‑accredited PhD/PsyD, and a track record translating research into practice.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program at degree-granting time.
• At least 8 years of full-time post-doctoral work experience in clinical psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience developing tools or trainings for evidence-based mental health care.
• At least 2 years of experience translating clinical research findings into healthcare delivery.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs assessments and literature scans to identify mhs practices suitable for translation and implementation.
• Support multi-site pilot studies assessing feasibility and acceptability of new practices.
• Capture implementation variance across pilot sites and document best practices.
• Develop pilot-specific knowledge translation and implementation tools to promote uptake.
• Develop and execute pilot monitoring tools and data collection to assess effectiveness of strategies.
• Conduct outreach to pilot sites to monitor progress and modify strategies for uptake and fidelity.
• Identify facilitators and barriers at pilot sites and disseminate lessons learned.
• Prepare summative reports on feasibility, acceptability, and implementation guidance for expansion.
• Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals to disseminate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in developing clinical support products like infographics and materials for providers and families.
• Provide logistics and meeting support for mental health working groups.
• Incorporate client feedback to align outputs with agency messaging.
