Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation to lead a group of Implementation Engineers in North America. This role reports to the Professional Services Team and is based in our New York office, driving delivery quality for complex integrations across online payments, IPP, marketplaces, and more.

You will mentor a team, coordinate across product, sales, and engineering, and drive initiatives that improve time-to-live, scalability, and customer success while maintaining Adyen's culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams of implementation engineers, technical consultants or solution engineers, including coaching, goal setting and training.
• Experience with integration projects in a large global company in professional services, finance, retail or tech.
• Proven track record of driving global process change and establishing tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver great customer experiences and enable rapid live deployments.
• Act as sparring partner and escalation path for the team, navigating complex projects and technical challenges.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative environment with open communication and feedback.
• Scale the team while preserving Adyen culture and values.
• Act as ambassador of change and help lead new initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing what works today and applying insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the global Implementation & Management organization.
