Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation to head the North America Implementation Engineers while based in Toronto. You will drive customer readiness, oversee solution designs, and ensure fast, scalable go-lives across global teams.

You will mentor a team of engineers, foster collaboration across disciplines, and lead initiatives to improve delivery and processes in a fast-moving payments technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a team of implementation managers or solution engineers (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with integration projects within a large global company, especially in professional services, finance, retail or tech.
• Proven ability to drive global process changes and implement tools/procedures for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently with robust integrations.
• Act as sparring partner and escalation layer for the team of implementation managers, guiding complex projects and technical challenges.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture.
• Scale the team while preserving Adyen's culture and values.
• Champion change and lead new initiatives within the team.
