Orb is hiring a Manager of Implementation Architects to lead a distributed team across SF and NYC. You will own the post-sales journey from kickoff to go-live, shaping delivery, architecture choices, and customer value realization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a technical post-sales role.
• 3-5 years of people management experience.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Strong communicator across teams and with customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Architects across SF and NYC.
• Serve as Implementation Architect for assigned customers.
• Ensure delivery is on track, customers are unblocked, and quality is high.
• Engineer and ship product enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Drive consistent implementation methodology across the team.
• Run 1:1s and provide growth feedback to team members.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs and long-term health.
• Escalate blockers and act as senior technical resource for complex cases.
• Identify patterns and advocate improvements with Product/Engineering.
• Contribute to team documentation and reference architectures.
