Morton Dental Group in Huntsville, AL seeks a Lead Implant & Surgery Assistant to own the surgical process from prep to post-op. You’ll work chairside with the doctor during implants, All-on-X, and complex cases, and you’ll train and mentor assistants while improving clinical workflows.

This role offers a structured, team-first environment with 4 clinical days, no nights, no weekends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid dental assisting experience, including oral surgery, implants or complex surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside in surgery and support the doctor during implant placement and complex procedures.
• Own surgical prep and ensure rooms, instruments and materials are ready for each case.
• Care for patients before and after surgery with pre-op and post-op calls.
