Job summary

BRAC International is seeking a diligent Monitoring and Evaluation specialist to lead small-scale research studies and manage external researchers. You will draft IRB approvals, develop learning agendas, and co-author knowledge products to share lessons from programme evaluations.

The role requires collaboration with country partners, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel to project sites 20-30% of the time. A background in quantitative and qualitative methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong quantitative/qualitative skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mixed-methods or qualitative research.
• Experience designing and leading mixed-methods studies and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale research studies and monitoring activities.
• Support recruitment and supervision of external research partners for evaluations.
• Create and disseminate knowledge products.
• Draft IRB approvals and program learning agendas.
• Coordinate with partners and supervise external researchers.
• Lead trainings and coordinate dissemination of findings via webinars/conferences.
