Job summary

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and legal to manage nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and green card processes, ensuring compliant and efficient handling. This role emphasizes strong governance, stakeholder education, and process improvements, with collaboration across internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing U.S. employment-based immigration matters.
  • Hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, F-1/OPT/STEM OPT, and green cards.
  • Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. employment-based immigration matters for candidates and employees.
  • Support green card workflows including PERM activities and communications.
  • Maintain compliance, records management, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and cross-functional partners to scale programs.
  • Translate immigration concepts into practical guidance for recruiters and leaders.
  • Drive process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
