Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks an experienced Lead, Immigration to scale its U.S. immigration program. You will manage nonimmigrant and immigrant processes, coordinate green card workflows, and ensure program compliance while partnering with internal teams and external counsel.

You will drive improvements across the workflow, translate complex policy into actionable guidance, and support recruiters and HR partners in delivering timely outcomes in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration programs and timelines.
• Experience translating complex immigration concepts for non-experts.
• Strong project management and ability to handle a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. employment-based immigration matters for candidates and team members.
• Support green card and permanent residence workflows and PERM activities.
• Maintain compliance through documentation, audit readiness, and records management.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to drive timely outcomes.
• Educate recruiters, HR partners, and leaders on immigration processes.
• Drive process improvements to scale the program in a fast-changing environment.
• Draft clear memos communicating policy changes to teams.
