Sundae Artisan Ice Cream in Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 8-15, delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment. You will uphold SOPs, coach staff, and manage daily operations with a focus on quality and guest experience.

You will recruit and train employees, control inventory, ensure food safety, and collaborate with the Production Manager. This role offers mentorship and growth with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year of high-volume foodservice management, team leadership.
• 2+ years of foodservice experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Valid Food Safety Manager certificate or equivalent (may be obtained within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-15 staff with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Uphold SOPs, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain talented employees.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• On-call and emergency coverage as needed.
• Manage inventory, waste, portion control, and transfers.
• Oversee production of waffles, toppings, and sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness and store appearance.
• Monitor seasonal sales and staffing to meet labor costs.
• Ensure food safety requirements and HACCP where required.
• Engage with the local community and collaborate with Production Manager.
• Attend staff and leadership meetings and handle banking/payroll/scheduling.
