Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP seeks an ICBM SME to support USSTRATCOM JETARS under the J7 contract. The role focuses on land-based nuclear deterrence and space operations, providing authoritative analysis.

You will deliver senior-level briefings to O-6, GS-15, SES and coordinate with Joint Staff, OSD, and Space Force. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of combined ICBM and space operations experience as a commissioned officer.
• Minimum 3 years at the OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or MAJCOM level.
• Master's degree or higher.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for NC2/ESI and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct graduate-level analysis of USSTRATCOM core mission areas with emphasis on the land-based nuclear triad (ICBM) and space operations.
• Develop and refine MOEs and MOPs supporting campaign and risk assessments.
• Perform as a senior operations assessment SME, supporting Global Campaign Plans and strategic operations.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff, OSD, Air Force Global Strike Command, U.S. Space Force and other stakeholders on ICBM, NC3 and strategic deterrence matters.
• Produce Combatant Command-level commander's estimates, mission analysis products, and strategic assessments.
• Develop strategy-to-task frameworks linking national objectives to ICBM/space force tasks.
