Job summary

Summit Midstream Corporation seeks a Lead level I&E Technician to implement and maintain electrical power circuits and control systems across pipeline facilities and compressor stations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot I&M checks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring colleagues and coordinating with third parties. The role requires ability to work shifts, lift 50 lbs, and pass DOT drug testing.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; technical trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Five years maintaining instrumentation and electrical systems in gas processing.
• Ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies; DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, drivers, and related gear.
• Conduct I&M checks on control systems and document findings.
• Identify and report safety and environmental concerns.
• Comply with Company standards and mentor others when possible.
• Maintain switch gear and power distribution across facilities.
• Oversee third-party construction or maintenance work.
• Stay current on Operations Qualifications and training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
