Job summary

Bosch Rexroth, a leading Drive & Control provider, seeks a Senior Applications Engineer to lead hydraulic solutions and mentor engineers. You will evaluate customer needs, select products, and design systems while supporting the lifecycle from concept to final validation.

You will collaborate with design, product management, manufacturing, and sales, leading complex projects and ensuring robust, scalable hydraulic solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hydraulics experience in mobile/industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer applications and guide stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, symbols, and schematics.
• Experience designing Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs).
• Skilled in engineering analysis and technical reporting.
• Able to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define requirements and performance objectives.
• Design hydraulic systems and integrate suitable products for projects.
• Lead customer applications from concept through validation and implementation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to teams.
• Create and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical docs.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
