Qualifications

• State Journeyman HVAC License required; Master license preferred where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and service experience.
• Proven leadership of HVAC technicians, apprentices, or field crews.
• Strong troubleshooting for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues and resolve them.
• Inspect equipment, ductwork, refrigerant systems, and related components; test performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system evaluations for reliability and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Lead field teams, coordinate daily work, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices; promote safety and process improvements.
• Respond to emergencies, travel to customer sites as needed; maintain customer relationships.
