A leading HVAC service company is seeking a skilled Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Lexington, KY. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with the expectation of 5-10 years of experience and an EPA certification. You will work along with a service team, maintain effective relationships with customers, and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications

• 5-10 years plus of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service & repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and PM heating, air conditioning and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose diverse service issues and explain solutions to customers.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Travel to job sites and maintain communication with dispatch.
• Enter call resolutions using company software.
• Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Create cordial and collaborative working relationships.
• Participate in company training opportunities.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintenance of a clean work area.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

HVAC Certification from an accredited program

Universal EPA Certification
