Qualifications

• At least five years experience in HVAC field.
• Three years experience in chill water systems and HVAC controls.
• Knowledge of refrigeration recovery (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC malfunctions.
• Leads a crew in completing work orders.

Skills

HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams

Problem diagnosis and resolution

Use of hand and power tools

Computer knowledge

Education

HVAC Technical school certification or Texas Air Conditioning/Refrigeration license
