Job summary

CM McNamara LLC is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to oversee residential and light commercial service work. This role leads and supports a team of technicians, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and guiding junior staff to uphold high service standards and excellent customer care.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure efficient, quality repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience as an HVAC service technician in a leadership role.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential AC and heating systems.
Experience with residential condensers, air handlers, furnaces, boilers and mini-splits.
Perform routine maintenance of split systems.
RTU, light commercial and refrigeration experience a plus.
Familiarity with electrical systems related to system repairs.
Ability to assist install teams as needed.
Great customer service skills required.
Must work independently and as part of a team.
