Job summary

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC service. This role leads and supports a team of service technicians while performing HVAC service and repairs.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, mentor technicians, maintain high service standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as HVAC service technician, with leadership experience.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair residential AC & heating systems.
• Experience with condensers, air handlers, furnaces, boilers and mini-splits.
• Perform routine maintenance on split systems.
• RTU, light commercial & refrigeration experience a plus.
• Familiar with electrical systems related to system repairs.
• Ability to assist install teams as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC service. This position will be responsible for performing HVAC service and repairs while also leading and supporting a team of service technicians.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on technician and leader who can troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, provide technical guidance, mentor technicians, maintain high-quality service standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements
