Responsibilities

C Carlin Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experiencedLead HVAC Technicianto join our team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems, lead installation projects, and help support other technicians in the field.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and knows how to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do
