Moore's Electrical & Mechanical Construction, Inc. is seeking aCommercial HVAC/R Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial settings while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, universal EPA certification, and strong ability to read manuals/diagrams with solid communication skills. On-call rotation and a company vehicle are provided, along with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician for HVAC/R systems.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, meters, gauges and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze performance and identify root causes.
• Provide clear explanations and recommended solutions to clients.
• Perform approved repairs on HVAC/R systems.
• Complete paperwork with company laptop/tablet.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow driving policy.
