Job summary

Desert Mountain Club seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of luxury residential, commercial, and refrigeration systems across its facilities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, safety focus, and a track record of maintaining high-standards in a resort/club setting, with hands-on duties in Arizona conditions and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining residential, commercial, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor a maintenance team in a high-end club environment.
• Proficient with CMMS and energy-management systems to manage assets and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Develop Scopes of Work with outside vendors and manage contractor proposals.
• Supervise contractors to ensure installation and commissioning meet standards.
• Lead after-hours response and provide technical escalation for the team.
