Broken-Sound-Club is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, inspect, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across the Club facilities. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safe, energy-efficient operation for members and associates.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license, with Building Automation experience considered a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with building automation systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and related equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace components as needed.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and service history.
• Support with general building maintenance and safety compliance.
