Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician - HVAC to lead HVAC reliability for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimise AHUs, RTUs, chillers, BAS/BMS, and critical utilities, ensuring high uptime and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, support CAPA and change controls, and drive continuous improvement in preventive maintenance and spare parts planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Must understand GMP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site’s HVAC subject matter expert and lead troubleshooting.
• Maintain, repair, and optimise AHUs, RTUs, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and coordinate contractor activities.
