Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II - HVAC to support facility operations at the Sellersville site. The role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation on commercial/industrial HVAC systems, building utilities, and facility equipment in a GMP environment.

The candidate will work hands-on with HVAC and refrigeration systems and must adhere to GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company safety standards. Experience with CMMS and BMS/BAS is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC or mechanical tech certs preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification; experience in HVAC/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain AHUs, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Coordinate with external contractors during maintenance and repair tasks.
