Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Pass background checks and MVR review as part of pre-employment.
• US citizenship preferred and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician for all mission critical mechanical services/maintenance under contract.
• Monitor compliance with contractual commitments and safety standards.
• Provide guidance to technicians and support installation, service and operation of HVAC equipment.
• Respond to after-hours calls and perform on-call assignments as required.
• Sustain on-the-job training and knowledge sharing with lower grade technicians.
