Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Basic air conditioning theory class completed.
• Understand proper use of HVAC diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Experience with DDC, pneumatic and variable frequency drive controls.
• Minimum of 7 years large commercial HVAC service experience; 8 years preferred.
• Pass background checks or training as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, routine and emergency repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Provide guidance and leadership to technicians of lower grade.
• Respond to after-hours calls.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
