Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC/mechanical experience as a baseline requirement.
• Strong data center or mission-critical environment experience preferred.
• People management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned team maintaining, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, and servicing mechanical/HVAC systems for data center uptime.
• Lead PM, CM, and emergency responses per SLA 2–8 hours.
• Ensure safety, procedural compliance, and change-management standards (MOP/SOP).
• Drive team performance and set clear project/service expectations.
