The Lead HVAC Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing exceptional customer service. This role is designed for individuals with leadership potential. Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
2. Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines, as well as company policies.
5. Collaborate with contractors and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
7. Recommend improvements to HVAC systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
2. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
