Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation, testing, and setup
• Disassemble and reassemble commercial or residential equipment for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service equipment and mechanical systems
• Explain issues, work to be performed, and timelines clearly to customers, including any wait times
• Perform routine maintenance and filter changes per customer agreements
• Maintain inventory and ensure the service vehicle is stocked with necessary parts
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
