Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician
Job Summary:
EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate opening for a Lead HVAC Technician in Littleton, CO. The Technician will report daily to the EMCOR Site Supervisors and support them to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment. Primary responsibilities will be responding, providing service and feedback to the customer on all hot and cold calls while utilizing Automated Building Controls and performing general maintenance of equipment as required. Responsible for ensuring the proper HVAC PM’s of new and existing building equipment/systems are scheduled and completed to manufacturer specifications. Knowledge of and capable to perform minor plumbing, electrical and various general tasks assigned in an office environment. Perform fire protection system inspection, testing, repair, and service call activity. Needs include fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc. Knowledge of NFPA standards and procedures required.
Qualified applicant must be a US Citizen, possess a valid driver’s license and have at least 6 to 10 years of hands on experience in facilities/HVAC maintenance and dealing with a wide range of general type services. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform service, testing, inspections, troubleshooting and installations on facility fire safety systems with a focus or expertise on fire extinguishers and AEDs. Test and inspect facility fire safety systems as part of preventive maintenance program. Assist in testing, maintaining, and performing light repairs on the fire protection system.

Compensation Range: $36/hr-$43/hr
Other Compensation: not bonus or commission eligible
