Job summary

Highland Park ISD in Texas is seeking an experienced HVAC leader to supervise maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of district-wide heating and cooling systems. You will oversee operation and optimization of Direct Digital Control and building automation to ensure reliable comfort and efficiency.

The role requires a TDlR HVAC Technician certification, EPA 608, and a Class A or B license, plus a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TDLR HVAC Certified Technician with Class A or B license.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and operation of district HVAC systems.
• Provide technical leadership and training to HVAC staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DDC, building automation, and energy management systems.
• Ensure safe operation, occupant comfort, peak system performance, and energy efficiency.
