Mobile Air & Power Rentals in Brooklyn Heights, OH, is hiring a Lead Service Technician to coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of our rental HVAC equipment. You will process orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with HVAC certificates preferred for advanced technicians. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP or rental software is a plus; DOT physical and background check are

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate preferred for higher-level techs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software is a plus.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test; valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of rental equipment.
• Process orders from sales or branch manager for timely fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster repeat business.
• Install and connect heating equipment to gas sources and set up ductwork.
• Adhere to PPE and fall protection requirements for safety.
• Startup equipment and perform repairs; retrieve gear after rental.
• Recondition equipment per work instructions and store properly.
• Higher-level techs will service air-cooled chillers and large HVAC equipment, diagnose refrigerant issues, and assist installations.
