Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (HVAC certificate preferred for higher-level roles), basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC cert preferred for higher level techs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP/rental software is a plus.
• DOT physical and drug test required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of rental HVAC equipment.
• Process customer orders from sales or branch manager to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster repeat business.
• Install and connect heating equipment to gas sources and set up ductwork for temporary applications.
• Perform startup, service repairs, and retrieve equipment after rentals.
