Job summary

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician in Florida. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC issues, mentor apprentices as the team grows, and build strong relationships with customers, educating them on available options.

Documentation in ServiceTitan is required. Eligible candidates have 5+ years of HVAC experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a clean driving record.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Track record of low callbacks and high customer satisfaction.
