R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. is seeking a Residential Service Plumber in Florida.

Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Join a long‑standing family‑owned team with Orlando, New Port Richey, and Brandon locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of residential plumbing experience, strong repair knowledge, tools, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing repairs and installations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Own all necessary hand tools.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drains, and piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every call.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented.
• Clean up thoroughly after each job, respecting customers’ homes.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.
