Blue Collar Services in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, proper system startup, and excellent customer service.

You will install and connect equipment, read mechanical drawings, supervise helpers, and maintain clean, safe jobsites while meeting company standards and Florida codes. The role requires leadership, troubleshooting, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Lead or crew experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of split systems and heat pumps.
• Experience with startup, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• EPA 608 Universal certification preferred/required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and complete residential HVAC installations, replacements, and change-outs.
• Install and connect HVAC equipment, refrigerant lines, electrical, condensate, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system startup/commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and equipment issues.
• Read and follow manufacturer specifications and mechanical drawings.
• Lead and coach helpers or installation crew members.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and applicable codes.

$30–$36 per hour + Commission

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, proper system startup, and excellent customer service.
