Job summary

True Plumbers & AC in Central Florida is hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to lead service calls, maintenance visits, and system installations for residential and commercial properties across Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, and nearby communities.

Diagnose and repair all major makes and models; lead installations and mentor helpers on jobs; keep detailed records to uphold the True standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems of all major makes and models.
• Lead installations and replacements of AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups to keep systems efficient before peak cooling.
• Check refrigerant levels, electrical components, thermostats, and airflow to spec.
• Direct and mentor helpers on service calls and installs.
• Keep records of work assignments.

You will serve homeowners and businesses in Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, and nearby Central Florida communities, diagnosing and repairing all major makes and models and holding every job to the True standard.
