Job summary

Cousins Air, a premier HVAC service provider in South Florida, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Service Department to lead a team of technicians, ensuring installations and service meet the highest standards in custom luxury homes.

You will supervise projects, coordinate with dispatch, maintain vehicles and inventory, and participate in ongoing training, with opportunities for certifications and a profit-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installations, service, and ductwork.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians to company standards.
• Commitment to delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installations in custom luxury homes.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management and field technicians.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts for scheduled jobs.
• Accurately complete and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor on job sites.
• Assist team members in obtaining necessary certifications.
