You will supervise projects, coordinate with dispatch, maintain vehicles and inventory, and participate in ongoing training, with opportunities for certifications and a profit-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installations in custom luxury homes.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management and field technicians.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts for scheduled jobs.
• Accurately complete and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor on job sites.
• Assist team members in obtaining necessary certifications.
