Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop HVAC sales and service teams to hit goals.
Own and improve performance across revenue per technician, ticket size, and renewals.
Conduct daily huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement sales strategies for service calls.
Monitor sales performance with KPIs and data-driven insights.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing, and safety.
Collaborate with dispatch and operations to optimize capacity and revenue.
Drive membership sales and recurring revenue.
