Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Merriam, KS is hiring HVAC Lead Installers to lead residential installations and drive quality, safety, and efficiency on each job. You’ll mentor install helpers and ensure all work meets code and company standards, while delivering exceptional customer service and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Lead experience preferred.

Our Lead Installers are paid on a task pay/piece rate structure with strong earning potential based on experience, production, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
