Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED; Technical School Diploma or Professional Certification preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years in facilities maintenance, controls, or technical services.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) such as Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, BAS).
• Perform inspections and identify risks or inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot automation systems and controls; diagnose issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Respond to alarms, abnormal conditions, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Review HVAC sequences and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and maintenance records.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
