Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED; Technical School Diploma or Professional Certification preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years in facilities maintenance, controls, or technical services.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) such as Johnson Controls Metasys.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and CMMS usage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, BAS).
- Perform inspections and identify risks or inefficiencies.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and controls; diagnose issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Respond to alarms, abnormal conditions, and emergencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Review HVAC sequences and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Maintain CMMS work orders and maintenance records.
- Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
