You will take ownership from blueprint review to system startup, delivering high-quality workmanship on time and safely. The role requires extensive field experience, EPA certification, and a hands-on, team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience.
• Skilled in brazing, refrigerant recovery/recharging, system commissioning, and basic Troubleshooting.
• Ability to supervise small installation teams, read blueprints/submittals, and manage budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC/R equipment (split systems, RTUs, refrigeration piping up to 25 tons).
• Lead project execution and oversee small installation teams on site.
• Support startup, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team; document progress and site issues.
• Provide admin support: installation records, job tracking, and inventory reporting.
